to receive promotional information

(including marketing communications and newsletters)

In accordance with Part 1 of Article 18 of the Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13.03.2006 “On Advertising”, acting freely, by my own will and in my own interest, and confirming legal capacity, I give my consent to AVS LLC (OGRN 1257700280727, TIN 9723255222) (the “Company”) to send me information, promotional messages about goods and/or services, promotions, games, gifts and prizes, news, including promotional messages about the goods/services/events of the Company’s partners, through all contact channels I have provided to the Company, including but not limited to:

— SMS and messenger messages (including WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram) to my phone number;

— e-mail marketing to my e-mail address;

— telephone calls to the number I have provided;

— push notifications, banners and other notifications in a mobile app, a personal account on the Company’s site, and by other means.

I confirm that I have been informed of my right to withdraw consent to receive information and promotional messages from the Company on my own by sending a notice to the e-mail address: __________, using the “unsubscribe” link, or by editing the data in my account on the Company’s site and/or in the mobile application.
