(the “Site”), and freely, by my own will and in my own interest, I give my consent to AVS limited liability company, registered at: 109387, Moscow, Lyublino municipal district, Lyublinskaya St., 42, premises 39/11/3 (the “Operator”) to process my personal data with automation tools, by collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, change), extraction, use, anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction, transfer (provision, access) of my personal data

I consent to the transfer of my personal data, including from the personal account, to third parties, partners of the Operator that help perform the Operator’s obligations to the data subject and operate the Operator’s services (the Site, mobile app): name, e-mail, phone, address of residence/stay/delivery.
Consent is valid from the date it is given and for the time necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, and may be withdrawn at any time by the Data Subject as follows:

The date of consent is the date the web form is submitted (checking / clicking the relevant field in the form).
I am aware that I may withdraw this consent. If consent is withdrawn, the Operator will stop processing and destroy the data within a period of no more than 30 (thirty) days from receipt of the withdrawal. I am aware that if I refuse to give consent, the Operator may be unable to perform the actions set out in the above purposes of processing.
I have been informed that, when processing personal data, the Operator takes legal, organizational and technical measures under Article 19 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data” to protect personal data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, change, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful actions.
I confirm that I have obtained any required consent from third parties (e.g. a representative, recipient of an order) whose data I have entered on the Site, mobile app, or the Operator’s terminal, for the transfer and processing of their data for the performance of work/services/sales/other services. I am responsible for the accuracy and currency of the personal data I provide.
