1. General provisions

2. User’s obligations

2.5. The Site Administration is not liable and has no direct or indirect duty to the user for any losses arising from the content of the Site, copyright registration, goods or services on external sites, or any contacts entered into using information on the Site or external links.

2.6. The user agrees that the Site Administration is not responsible for and has no obligations in connection with advertising that may be placed on the Site.

3. Other conditions

3.1. All disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

3.2. If a court rules any provision of the Agreement invalid or unenforceable, other provisions remain in force.

3.3. Failure of the Site Administration to act in case of a user’s violation does not waive the right to take later action to protect its interests and copyright in site materials protected by law.

3.4. The Site Administration may unilaterally change this Agreement at any time. Changes take effect from publication of the new version on the site unless the new version provides otherwise. If the user disagrees with the changes, they must stop accessing the Site and using its materials and services.
